Interviewer: Could you share an example of a project you're currently working on and its impact on the company or customers?
Jenny: Yes, certainly. I primarily work in social media as a community manager and social media marketer. When I create a content plan, I aim to convey to every reader what it's like to work in fintech. It can be interesting, and at times challenging, but overall, I enjoy it.
Interviewer: How do you collaborate with other team members, and what do you find most rewarding about working as part of a team?
Jenny: I strive to establish strong communication where everyone can trust each other. I clearly describe what results I would like to achieve and what deadlines we have. I am also responsible for my tasks. When you can build a strong connection with a colleague, every task will be successful.

Jenny: For me, there are three essential things:
- High-level knowledge and the ability to maintain it. This involves reading articles, studying personal finance, taking courses, etc.
- Accuracy in everything, including preparing stats, collecting data, and checking grammar in emails.
- Finally, kindness. I believe it's an essential trait in any work area.
